RJ has over a decade of experience in profitable business-to-business sales. Prior to joining Innovative Brokerage Network, RJ was looking for something different in a career - and he found it at IBN.

With the company's relationship-based approach, RJ is able to get to know all of the producers that he works with on a personal, one-to-one basis - which allows him to provide them with top notch service, along with a variety of options.

Because RJ can provide such a wide selection of product choices to his clients, he is able to help agents structure cases with much more personalized strategies. This can help agents to look good in their clients' eyes.

One of the things that RJ enjoys the most about working with IBN is the fact that he's able to grow - and help the agents he works with grow - right along with the company. He also likes the fact that things are different every day in that he just never knows when an agent will call in with a potentially large case that could make a big difference in their month - or even their year.

RJ is an avid outdoorsman who loves to hunt, fish, and camp. A native St. Louisian, RJ is both a Cardinals and a Blues fan. He has one brother who RJ is proud to say is an EOD Technician in the U.S. Army.
